Each session begins with a short check-in and intention setting. From there, Meri guides you through a calming journey using crystal alchemy singing bowls, breathwork, and vocal toning—tailored to your needs in the moment.
In-person sessions include herbal tea, oracle card pull and an optional short integration period after.

Private Group Sound Healing (2–4 people)
90 min – $375
Additional guests (up to 6 total) – $65 per person

This session clears collective energy and nurtures a sense of presence, trust, and peace within the group.

Packages may be used in-person or remotely and are valid for 8 months.

Grounded Sound Healing offers customized sound bath experiences for retreats, corporate wellness events, ceremonies, women's circles, birthdays, and other special occasions.
Each experience is thoughtfully created with care and intention, honoring the energy of the space and the purpose of the gathering.
Private groups larger than six participants are quoted individually based on group size, location, and event details.

Energy Clearing & Vibrational Space Blessings
Approx. 2 hours – $400

Perfect for new homeowners, renters, or anyone looking to reset the energy of their space. This ceremonial session clears stagnant energy and brings your environment into vibrational harmony using sound tools, vocal toning, light smoke cleansing (optional), and guided intention setting.
Seasonal refreshes available for returning clients.
Travel outside Seattle metro may incur an additional fee.

Sessions are prepaid at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Life happens—if you need to reschedule, I’m happy to find a new time that works for you.
